Butterfly Capital Projects (“Butterfly” or “BCP’) has been established as a platform to provide a premier service in the fields of Design Management, Cost Consulting, Works Supervision and also a range of Technical Advisory services including Due Diligence, ESG assessments, BIM validation and Claims Management.
We work with Project owners, Developers, Investors, Funders and other service providers for Planning, Coordinating and Executing projects across the Buildings and Infrastructure sectors in Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean.

What We Do

Cost Consulting
We maintain a hands-on approach across the project stages for ensuring the reasonableness and sufficiency of the budget and updates as the project advances. Our approach for the development of the cost estimates follows the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) methodology and is classified as an Order of Cost Estimates which is based on the RICS NRM1. We maintain an extensive database of construction rates/prices, construction indexes and actual project costs, which is updated on a monthly basis.
Works supervision
Our PM site supervision approach is to act as the extension of the Client in regard to quality management, health and safety, monitoring the construction works and facilitating the completion of works within the required budget and in a timely manner.
Project Management
We provide a robust package of integrated Project Management activities built on our extensive experience and knowledge of supporting Owners/Investors for planning, maturing and delivering major projects. Our core project management functions are applicable across the project stages i.e. pre-construction, construction and post-construction.
