Heraklion International Airport, Kasteli (Crete)
Butterfly Capital Projects supported the project of the New Heraklion International Airport at Kasteli, Crete, one of Greece's largest infrastructure development spanning a total development area of 6,000,000 sqm approximately with a project value of €1.5 billion. Acting as Design Manager, we provided architectural review and material approval services, ensuring compliance with international aviation standards, constructability, and high-quality benchmarks.

Airport Expansion Program, Athens International Airport
Butterfly Capital Projects acted as HCAA Technical Design Manager for the Athens International Airport Expansion Program, a €1.28 billion development with a total area of approximately 180,000 sqm. Our services included Design Coordination and Material Approval Review (MAR) services, ensuring full regulatory compliance and alignment with operational airport requirements. The project demanded high levels of coordination, stakeholder management, and technical rigor to support uninterrupted airport operations during expansion phase.

New Hangar & Apron, Volos Airport, N. Anchialos
Butterfly Capital Projects provided Project Management services for the development of a new hangar and apron facility at Volos Airport, covering 100,000 sqm with a project value of €60 million. Our scope included programme planning, coordination of technical consultants, and interface management between aviation, infrastructure, and operational requirements. We supported the preparation and coordination of project documentation, contractor interfaces, and technical inputs within an operational airport environment, ensuring structured oversight and alignment throughout the project's active phases.
